Description
These pieces were written in October 2021 during a trip to the Scottish Isle of Raasay, which is between Skye and the Scottish mainland. It is accessibly only by boat, and boasts rugged hills and varied wildlife, including eagles, otters, seals and passing dolphins. With a very small population, the island is a great place to visit to get away from it all! With stunning views across the sea in all directions, it can be very windy. All four seasons are often encountered in one day, so it’s best to be prepared.
