Your automated email should arrive soon after you complete and pay for your order. The email may go to your spam folder – please check this before you contact us.

Firstly, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, please use the Contact Us link to send us an email. We will be able to help, but please note we operate office hours (UK time) on weekdays only.

Downloads are limited to 2 attempts. If you have reached your download limit then the download will be on your device – you will need to find out where the device has saved it to. This is determined by the device, not by us. If you still can’t find your download please use the Contact Us link to send us an email. We can reset the download limit if you need us to do so. Please note we operate office hours (UK time) on weekdays only.

Downloads have a 7 day time limit for downloading. If you miss the deadline please use the Contact Us link to send us an email so we can manually reset your time limit to enable you to download the music. Please note we operate office hours (UK time) on weekdays only.
