Description
Marked Presto con energia and in 5/4 – 6/4 – 4/4 the opening soon changes to a Moderato passage in 4/4 before returning to the original tempo and timing but with slight variation. The short coda marked crotchet=100 ends in a descending glissando. Using practically the full range of the instrument, this is a piece for more advanced players.
