This collection is inspired by the folk music of the North American Indians. Since ancient times folk songs have carried the archetypes of nationalities and have been the soul of the people. Folk songs with a crystal sharp motive (that is a hit in itself), and the modern compositional techniques can reveal it’s beauty. Simple pentatonic scales intertwined with elements of cakewalk and gospel harmonies, contrasting transitions and unexpected chord sequences depict the world of the mystical and wise people of North America….. In this edition, all details of articulation and dynamics are editorial, and may be varied as the performer wishes.
