Description
‘Asking for Treble’ was composed in 2025 with a view to meet the increasing demand for stylistically appropriate ensemble repertoire for multi-instrumental woodwind players. With its changing styles, tempos and instrument changes my hope is to emulate the challenges faced by today’s professionals. The five Reed parts use instruments that directly correlate with show orchestrations and the backing track is an integral part of the performance providing stylistic clarity. For reference, I’ve included a demo track where I’ve multi-tracked all the instruments and I really hope you enjoy playing this as much as I did!
