Blue August
Price range: £10.50 through £14.00
Description
This is a challenging trio for 3 advanced jazzy bassoons, with a sultry start and a jaunty middle section. Written during the hot Summer months, when days are lazy and the heat can make us feel blue! A lively dance section cheers things up and gets feet stomping again. Keep dotted rhythms crisp and the triplets stressed and raunchy! The 1st bassoon part is very high in places, so can drop an octave now and then if necessary.
